In case you pick up the bicycles at Athens, Piraeus. 50% of all rental fees will be paid in advance (96 hours) 4 or more days prior to the pick-up day, via electronic bank transfer, deposit at KASSIMATIS CYCLING bank account:

The balance 50% of all rental fees can be paid on-site, before the bicycle pick-up. Use of your credit card (POS machine) or with cash

In case you pick up the bicycles at any other bicycle rental shop or hotel around Greece. 100% of all rental fees will be paid in advance (96 hours) 4 or more days prior to the pick-up day, via electronic bank transfer, deposit at KASSIMATIS CYCLING bank account

• Cancelation Refund: 100% money returns if the Company is informed (e-mail) 4 or more days prior to the arranged pick-up day. In any other case money return is impossible.
• Guarantee: Customers agree on the Guarantee fee policy, which is the 1/3 of the total retail value of each rented bicycle. The guarantee fee is pre-charged on the customers’ credit card, during the bike pick up, but the guarantee fee will not be charged on the credit card, if the Customers return their bikes in its initial perfect condition after its rental. Kassimatis Cycling Company service staff is designated to conduct the bike and gear check so in case of damage the guarantee fee will be charged as compensation
